Please remember that the nature of genuine leather means that some hides will vary from the next. Please also note that there will sometimes be a very slight variation in shade that shows on each computer monitor. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order. We do our absolute best to photograph the true color of the shoes in the very best possible lighting to give you the truest idea of what the end product will look like. 



The shipping timeframe of an order depends on the availability of item.
Items shown as “in stock” are normally dispatched within 2-5 business days from the receipt of the order. Made-to-Order items will be delivered in the time frame indicated on the specific item ordered.


Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, deliveries take an average of 2-5 days to arrive to their destination.
Customers are required, if contacted by the courier, to provide personal information necessary to facilitate custom clearance. If the consignee of a shipment fails to provide the requested information within the deadline set by the courier, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and the cost of the shipment, plus applicable duties, will be charged to the client.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, a change of delivery address is possible and may be subject to a fee, if so required by the courier. The fee is charged to the client before the change of address is executed.
Due to the global situation regarding COVID-19, delivery time of items may be affected.


Our prices are expressed in American Dollars.
DELIVERIES IN THE EU AND THE USA: items to be delivered within the European Union and the USA are included of all taxes and duties.
DELIVERIES IN ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Orders destined outside the EU and the US might be subject to Custom Duties at destination and the customer is responsible for such amounts, which will be in case requested to the client directly by the courier, on behalf of the local Custom authorities.



Returns of RTW items are allowed within 14 days of receipt. Return or exchange requests must be communicated within 8 days after purchase (or shipment arrival) of merchandise. All products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that this does not apply for customized items, which cannot be returned.

We offer FREE RETURNS on all our Ready-to-Wear items within the EU and USA (please remember that Made-to-Order items cannot be returned). Upon request of returning an item, we release a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping labels. We’ll refund the cost of the merchandise upon receipt of the goods (so the only charge that remains standing is the initial shipping fee).

The return policy applies to Europe and USA mainland.
Returns from Countries outside the EU and USA will be subject to a return shipping fee that will be quoted to the client during the RMA process.
Returns for size exchange are free of shipping charge (one size exchange per order included. Further size exchanges will be subject to shipping fees).
